Overview
The University Foundation Programme (UFP) is the longest running and most established foundation course in the UK. With the option to study in London (David Game College) or Bath (Bath Academy), the UFP course is the oldest and most reputable in the UK.
Unlike other institutions, we are independent. This means international students have the freedom to choose their own university and degree course. We also allow our students to select their own modules depending on their interests and intended subject area.
The UFP has a 100% success rate in ensuring students receive university offers and the quality of teaching and assessments are independently verified by Ofsted, The British Council and external examiners from leading British universities. There are six different courses available to students wanting to study almost any type of degree:
- Architecture, Art & Design
- Business & Finance
- Engineering & Computing
- Law, Humanities & Social Science
- Pharmacy & Science
- Custom Made Course (select all your own modules)
Each course allows students to mix and match modules depending on their choice of university course. Through extensive educational and career advice, our students are able to make well-informed decisions about their future.
Why study the UFP?
-
86% of UFP students received 4+ offers from universities through UCAS
-
70% of UFP students were accepted by a top 30 UK university
-
50% of UFP Architecture, Art & Design students have offers from AA and Central Saint Martins
Services for International Students
UFP have over 26 years experience in supporting students to academic success. Class sizes are small to ensure that each pupil receives individual attention and we strive to develop a close community that encourages students to make friends for life. Accommodation is provided and transport to and from the airport can be arranged if necessary.
There are a wide variety of social and sporting events throughout the year and our experienced staff are available to address any concerns or problems. UFP students may also get the opportunity to join trips across the country or within Europe.
Accommodation
The University Foundation Programme can arrange student accommodation. There are private apartments, college houses and homestays that you can select from.
