We are excited to announce THREE Ferguson scholarships for September 2025. Each candidate can look to receive full tuition cover (value of £22,500) exclusively available to students from Africa and India for the 2025/26 academic year. With £6,000 additional contribution towards living costs.
These scholarships are supported by the Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust who are dedicated to improving educational opportunities for students who would not otherwise be able to consider studying in the UK.
Who can apply?
The Ferguson Scholarships are available to students applying for one of the following postgraduate taught programmes:
MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences
MSc Drug Delivery
MSc Pharmacokinetics
MSc Stem Cells & Regenerative Medicine
MSc Biotechnology
MSc Psychology (Conversion programme)
MSc Health Psychology
MSc Neuroscience for Drug Discovery
What is the eligibility criteria?
You must hold a conditional or unconditional offer for one of the above courses
Be a national from India or an African country
Hold a 2:1 degree or equivalent in a relevant subject for the course you are applying for
Be a self-funded student. No agency referred candidates would be eligible
What happens next?
The announcement of the awards will be in July 2025 via email.
The announcements for the applications for this scholarship are to be made by 31 July 2025 (midnight UK time). Please note that this is the final extended deadline for applications.
